Many of our Maui weddings want to have a special Maui Wedding Reception for their guests. Your reception can be simple or it can be elaborate, depending upon the size of your party, what you have to spend and your desires. Some of our couples like to entertain their guests with their own private Maui luau. They want their couples to be able to enjoy themselves, dance, and dine in style with a topnotch Maui Wedding Caterer.

A Caterer with Great Food
 

First and foremost, the food has to be good. We believe that our Maui caterer has awesome food. We know, because we often sample it at our receptions. Our caterer has also performed a Maui Dinner on the Beach for us personally (at our recent Maui vow renewal), and we can tell you that his food is excellent. This is the common response we receive from all of our couples. They love his food and often say, "Can we please have his recipe for . . ?"

It is important that you have a caterer who will shoot straight with you about what he is going to charge so that you don't have "surprises" at the end of the night. One of the reasons we like our caterer so much is that he is upfront with exactly what he is going to charge -- and that's what he does. No hidden charges.

Recently, we bid on a wedding reception along with another Maui wedding company. Our couple told us that their bid was lower than ours. But what the other company and their caterer did not say is that there would be extra charges for place settings and chairs and many other things that our caterer includes in his price. When our couple realized how much more that "cheaper" caterer was actually going to charge them, they booked with me and my Maui wedding caterer.

Our Maui caterer will provide any menu you want with any type of theme that you want. As we mentioned, his prices include all the tables and chairs, linens, flat wear, glassware, delivery, cleanup, tax and gratuity. His staff will wear aloha attire. Here are some examples of what his does:

Maui Wedding Reception Buffet Style

The tables are stocked full with lunch or dinner selections.  Guests may return to buffet line an unlimited number of times. You have a choice of salad, pasta, 3 entrees, Hawaiian rolls, fresh vegetables. See Ala Carte Pricing page for approximately cost per person.

Maui Reception Action Stations

Similar to "buffet" but this includes adding chefs for carving stations, grills, tossed salads, etc. Chefs wear high hats and white coats. Again, see Ala Carte Pricing page for approximately cost per person.

Maui Reception Full-serve Catering

This includes personalized service for you and your guests served.  Salad, dinner, dessert, coffee and tea service. The staff will wear white gloves and black tie attire. Again, see Ala Carte Pricing page for approximately cost per person.

Bar Set Up Fees
 

There are additional charges if you have Pupus (Hawaiian for hors d’œuvres).
