Our Mahalo Package

Picture yourself in this picture: Palm trees in the background, lava rock outcropping behind you, as the sun is just dipping behind white clouds. It is getting close to the horizon and the sky is beginning to turn orange. A white lace tablecloth, ice bucket and small white wedding cake sitting waiting for you. . . You bouquet sits in front of the ice bucket and two glasses full of sparkling apple cider. You look into each other's eyes and slowly kiss as your photographer snaps your picture.

The Mahalo Package offers more great features that tend to make our Maui weddings just that much more memorable. And if it doesn't have enough features, you can add whatever you want from our Wedding Services (ala carte) page.

NOTE: Because this package is only for couples with 8 or less total people, you will need to create your own wedding package using the ala carte page if you have more people.

Mahalo Package: A Brief Description

     Maui Wedding Minister: As in the Aloha Package, you will receive the services of our default minister (John Souter). He has three ceremonies which he performs and which you can choose from. They are all online so you can read them before deciding which is the most appropriate for you.

If you would like to have your own vows read or do any rearrangement of his ceremony, there will be an extra charge (depending upon the number of your changes). If you would like a different minister, we can book someone else for you, but there is also an additional charge.

     Maui Wedding Photography: In this wedding package, you receive 48 digital pictures in your wedding album. (We actually shoot many more so the quality will be high.) You will also receive one 8 x 10" enlargement. If everything goes well, your photography should be back from the lab in three days and you will be able to pick it and take it with up before you leave the island. (A CD Rom is not included in this package, but you can purchase it if you like.)

     Maui Wedding Flowers: With this Maui wedding package you will both receive two Hawaiian flower leis, the bride gets a nosegay bouquet and the groom will have a matching boutonnière. You can specify what color scheme you want with your flowers, either vibrant (brighter oranges, purples and yellow colors), or pastel (whites, yellows and pinks). You will probably want to take a look at the Maui wedding flower section to get a better idea about flower choices.

     Cake Table Presentation. After the wedding has been performed we provide a larger attractive decorated table with a white lace tablecloth, and an ice bucket for your sparkling apple cider glasses. (NOTE: Champagne is not available on the beach as there is a big fine from the County). The Mahalo Package includes engraved flutes with your names, the date and the words "Maui, Hawaii" engraved upon them. In this package you will also receive a small 6" wedding cake and a nice table setting for two. If you have a few guests, we provide service for them.

     Offsite Wedding Coordination: Of course, I will book your Hawaii wedding license appointment and provide you with written directions to the closest wedding agent so you can obtain your license once you have arrived on Maui. I also provide a written itinerary so you'll have a good idea about everything that will happen on your magical trip here to Maui.

     Onsite Wedding Coordination: At your wedding I will coordinate all of the details to make certain that everything goes as planned. This is an important service which many other Maui wedding planners do not provide.
 

     After Your Maui Wedding: I will coordinate having your photography edited and printed by our lab. If you decide that you want to pick up your photography before you leave they will usually be ready in three days. I will make them available to you if you can come to our office. Otherwise, I will mail them to you. (We recommend shipping them FedEx, but that will be an extra charge.)

After the wedding I will also provide you with a beautiful wedding certificate -- suitable for framing -- with your names and the date and place of your wedding nicely designed in a calligraphy typestyle.

If you know what you want, its time to give me a call. If you wedding date is a memorable date based upon when you met, etc., please don't wait very long before you give me a ring. I don't want you to be disappointed. Remember, we can only do so many weddings each day, and when the day is booked it is booked. If you're ready, give me a ring.
