Susan Pieper is our wedding coordinator and booking agent for Maui Me ®. She has been our main coordinator booking all of our Maui weddings and vow renewals for over 11 years so she has a long history of coordinating every facet of our Maui weddings. She has coordinated thousands of weddings for our couples here on Maui.  When you call our 800 number you should hear her friendly voice welcoming you to our Maui wedding services.

As Susan shares on our home page, she has a wealth of experience and has come up with a lot of "secrets" to help you have a great wedding. We firmly believe that Susan is the best wedding coordinator on Maui.
 

For many years Susan has also been actively performing travel agent services for our Maui wedding and vow renewal couples, and now she has developed this service even further by developing a travel website and offering all of our couples very personalized travel services at no extra charge. That's a service you'll definitely want to ask her about because she is much more knowledgeable about travel to Hawaii (and especially Maui) than any of the other travel agents you might know.
 

She is an expert at saving our couples money on their airplane, accommodations and car rentals here in Hawaii. If you have a larger party coming to your wedding, be sure and talk to her. Our Founder

 

John Souter is the president of Maui Me ®, Inc. He  fell in love with Maui and started working on creating Maui Me ® back in 1998. John is a minister and accomplished photographer. Almost all of the photography on this website was taken by him so you can get a feel for his work while looking through the Maui Me® website. When John is performing a wedding, his assistant (usually Linda, see below) will be taking the photography.
 

John has been a licensed and ordained minister for 41 years. Unlike most of the other officiants here on Maui, he is a true minister and Christian College graduate. All of his ceremonies are original and he performed his first wedding 35 years ago. He has written almost 50 Christian books (which have been translated into eight languages).
 

Our Main On-site Coordinator
 

We have carefully selected our wedding coordinators and staff members to give our couples the best possible Maui weddings. Because the actual work of coordinating all of the details of each of our weddings takes an attention to detail, we have found just the right person to do most of our onsite coordinating. She is the one who will work with you after you have booked your wedding with Susan, and she will make certain that all of your needs are met.
 

Linda Simon is our main on-site coordinator. She has been doing photography and graphics for years and we are happy to have her photography expertise as one of our staff members. She is quite proficient in getting the kind of photography that our couples want. Linda has become one of our favorite wedding photographers. We know that you will enjoy the results of her fine work.
 

We have a number of great ministers, musicians, photographers, caterers, DJs, and videographers who we use for our Maui weddings on a regular basis. We have chosen them because of their ability to produce excellent results for our couples.
